Who We Are
FreeCDLTests.com is owned and operated by Pedro Marin, based in Phoenix, Arizona. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
What Data We Collect
FreeCDLTests.com does not require account creation. We do not collect your name, email address, or personal information simply by visiting or using the free practice tests.
Analytics data (Google Analytics 4): We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 automatically collects anonymized information including your approximate location (country/region level), browser type, device type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. Google processes this data according to Google's Privacy Policy.
Advertising data (Google AdSense): We display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to show you relevant ads based on your browsing history across sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at google.com/settings/ads.
Payment data (Stripe): When you purchase The Complete CDL Study Bundle, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not receive, store, or have access to your credit card number or full payment details. Stripe collects and processes your payment information under Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive only a confirmation that payment was successful, along with your email address for delivery of your purchased download.
Email address (purchases only): If you purchase the study bundle, Stripe collects your email address at checkout. We use this solely to deliver your PDF download link. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your email address, or contact you for marketing purposes.
Cookies
FreeCDLTests.com uses cookies placed by Google Analytics and Google AdSense. These are third-party cookies — we do not place our own cookies. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to use the free practice tests, but may affect ad personalization.
How We Use Data
- Analytics data is used to understand which practice tests, states, and content are most useful, so we can improve the site.
- Advertising data enables Google to serve relevant ads that fund free access to the site.
- Email addresses collected at purchase are used only to deliver your purchased download.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as described above (Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Stripe) and as required by law.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Since we hold minimal data (email addresses from purchases only), requests can be directed to contact@freecdltests.com. For data held by Google or Stripe, please contact those services directly.
California Residents (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. For any CCPA requests, contact us at contact@freecdltests.com.
Children
FreeCDLTests.com is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 20, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FreeCDLTests.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
Educational Purpose Only
FreeCDLTests.com provides practice tests, study guides, and CDL-related educational content for informational purposes only. Our practice tests are designed to help you prepare for the CDL knowledge examination — they do not constitute official DMV testing and do not guarantee that you will pass the actual CDL knowledge test or skills test administered by your state's licensing agency.
Always verify current CDL requirements, fees, and testing procedures directly with your state's Department of Motor Vehicles or equivalent licensing agency. CDL regulations change and our content, while updated regularly, may not reflect the most recent changes in your state.
Not Affiliated with Government Agencies
FreeCDLTests.com is a privately owned educational website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any state DMV, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), the Department of Transportation (DOT), or any other government agency. All official CDL handbooks and government resources linked from this site belong to their respective agencies.
Accuracy Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of practice test content, state-specific information, fees, and regulatory details. However, CDL rules and fees change periodically. We cannot guarantee that all information on this site is current or error-free. Use this site as a supplement to — not a replacement for — your state's official CDL handbook.

- All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, we do not offer refunds after the download link has been accessed.
- The bundle is licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the PDF is prohibited.
